english is the currently published version. a georgian-language version may be added separately. mandatory rights under georgian law prevail
before payment, the participant completes the booking form, reviews and accepts the current offer and privacy notice, checks the selected tariff and add-ons, receives the exact 50% reservation amount in gel calculated at the official national bank of georgia rate, and pays the organizer’s business account within 24 hours
the contract is accepted through the electronic confirmations plus receipt of the first payment. the organizer immediately confirms receipt of the order electronically and within one business day sends a durable confirmation containing the offer version, participant, tariff, total price, payment received, balance, deadlines and trip status. the offer can be downloaded and a copy may be requested
